Guest Blogging League – Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms“) govern your use of the Guest Blogging League services (the “Service“). The Service is owned and operated by Guest Blogging League.

1. General Provisions

Guest Blogging League is a managed marketplace designed to facilitate connections between legal professionals for guest blogging and content collaboration opportunities. Your access to the Service is contingent upon your approved membership. Guest Blogging League reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any membership application without providing a reason.

2. Intellectual Property

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to Guest Blogging League via the Service. Any data you upload, for which you hold the copyright, remains your property. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Guest Blogging League, including all rights in our name, logo, branding, and proprietary systems. You are prohibited from duplicating, copying, or reusing any portion of our design, code, or concepts without the express written permission of Guest Blogging League.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Service Access

To access the Guest Blogging League Service, you must be an approved member. The Service operates by adding you to our internal database. Based on your profile and criteria, we will privately facilitate connections with other members for guest blogging opportunities.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the following:

• Any information you provide, as well as any communications transmitted via the Service, may be unencrypted and may involve transmission over various networks.

• We cannot guarantee the identity or authenticity of any other members or the data they provide about themselves.

3.2 Member Code of Conduct

The rules of Guest Blogging League are designed to ensure professional and mutually beneficial interactions:

• You must provide complete and relevant information when engaging with another member.

• You will not pitch products or services that are off-topic or irrelevant to a guest blogging request.

• You are not permitted to use any information obtained through the Service for any purpose other than the specific guest blogging opportunity for which it was provided.

• You must not harvest any member information for commercial or non-commercial use outside of the managed Service.

• You must not attempt to circumvent Guest Blogging League by engaging members directly outside of the Service.

• You must be professional and respectful in all communications.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You understand and agree that you may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without the express written permission of Guest Blogging League.

• Verbally, physically, or otherwise abuse any Guest Blogging League member or employee.

• Transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

• Violate the Member Code of Conduct set forth in Section 3.2, above.

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.

• Plagiarize, infringe upon, or otherwise violate the intellectual property rights of any person or entity.

4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Guest Blogging League does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Due to the nature of the Service, there may be delays or omissions in obtaining information. Guest Blogging League disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, or completeness of information accessed through the Service. We also disclaim responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, or untimely delivery of any information or material.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, Guest Blogging League‘s entire liability for damages for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall be limited to $100 in aggregate for all claims. In no event shall Guest Blogging League have any liability to you for any lost profits, loss of business, or other consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Termination of Membership

Guest Blogging League may suspend or terminate your membership at its discretion. If your membership fees become delinquent or you breach any term or condition herein, Guest Blogging League reserves the right to suspend your access to the Service, without liability to you. We also reserve the right to publicize the identity of any misuser of Guest Blogging League to all other members of the Service.

6. Privacy

Your data and other information are subject to the Guest Blogging League Privacy Policy, available on our website. If you are located outside the United States, by using the Service you consent to your data being sent to the United States and transmitted, stored, and utilized pursuant to United States law. We will not sell or rent your information to third parties outside the scope of providing the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Guest Blogging League, its employees, officers, directors, and agents against all claims, expenses, liabilities, losses, costs, and damages that the company may incur in connection with: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) a violation of any of your representations, warranties, or obligations under this Agreement; or (iii) your violation of any rights of another, including intellectual property rights.

Any material obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the use of the Service.

8. Content Submissions

You are solely responsible for all materials that you submit or transmit through the Service. By submitting your content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such materials solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license is valid as long as the content exists on our internal systems.

9. Fees and Payments

• You shall pay any fees or charges to your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time a fee is due. All services will be paid for in advance before any services begin. All payment obligations are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

• Charges for the Service are billed in advance on a monthly basis, and you authorize Guest Blogging League to charge the credit card on file for each monthly payment. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of use.

• You must provide valid credit card information to use the Service. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties.

• If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to suspend your membership until payment is made.

• If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid month, your access will be terminated at the end of your current monthly billing period.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of South Carolina. Any dispute arising hereunder will be settled through third-party mediation in South Carolina.

• You acknowledge and agree that you and Guest Blogging League are independent contractors.

• You consent to receive communications from Guest Blogging League electronically via email. Notices provided via email will be deemed given on the transmission date.

• We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, power outages, or internet disruptions.
